Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Adventure Dogs Life purchase. Because each item is made especially for you after your order is placed, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color choices, or changes of mind.
Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@adventuredogslife.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
Once the issue is reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the claim is approved. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.
Size and color selections
Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected at checkout.
Please use the size chart included on each product page before ordering. Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the garment-dye process.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders move into production quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
Once production has begun, the order cannot normally be changed or canceled.
Packages marked delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery carrier first.
Contact us if you still need assistance, and we will help review the available tracking information. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered during checkout.
