We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Processing and production

Each item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when a product is temporarily unavailable.

Estimated delivery

After production, U.S. delivery generally takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

Please allow approximately 4–15 business days total from the date your order is placed for production and delivery. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or product availability.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@adventuredogslife.com if you notice an error. Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occur after an order leaves the production facility. If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we will help investigate.
